Walk Detail: This was a nice easy walk, which is just as well as Lisa was eight months pregnant at the time. As the walk was so short and almost completely flat there was also no opportunity to do any further damage to my knee that I had injured on Scafell the month before.
This walk was most memorable for some of the wildlife we saw, especially the heron, mistle thrush and some coots. The water level of the reservoir was also really quite low as can be seen from one of the photos below of the dam.
