Walk Detail: This late evening walk was my first successful venture out of doors after recovering from cellulitis on my left leg.
This was really a very simple walk along good paths alongside a very picturesque reservoir. It felt good to be out again and it was nice to take advantage of the long days in order to stay out late into the evening.
While the shoreline walking was nice (and the foxgloves were in abundance) the path also followed a fine bit of moorland set away from the northern spur of the reservoir on Near Comb Hill. As the evening drew to a close it got quite dark in the woodland path on the way back but I also got some lovely photos of the reservoir in the fading light.
