Walk Detail: This was the second time I'd been out to Brimham Rocks this year with Lisa and Rhiannon. This time we were accompanied by two nieces, a nephew, my sister-in-law and her friend.
The ratio of one adult to one child proved to be quite fortuitous as Rhiannon, Shannon and especially Liam became increasingly confident scrambling on the rocks.
As mentioned elsewhere on this site Brimham Rocks is one of my favourite places - it is one giant natural playground. This time around we arrived quite early so it was fairly quiet. It can normally get quite busy so it was good to pretty much have 'the Rocks' to ourselves.
Towards the end I was able to take Liam up some of the larger rocks which he thoroughly enjoyed though when I put him on my shoulders while stood on a high ledge he got a bit nervous. Baby Evie meanwhile spent almost the entire time dozing in her pushchair gently taking in the scenery. A quality family morning out.
